Contact transmission tests: January 26, 2003

Using Contact 2.0 with an IPAQ 3870 and Iridium 9505

Test of dispatch transmission time comparing Contact 2.0 with Microsoft Email.

All dispatches contained 100 characters of basic and had pictures of varying sizes, 1k all the way up to 90k.

Each dispatch of varying file size was sent via Contact 2.0 and through Microsoft Email.  Both formats contained exactly the same information.

The stopwatch started when the send button was pushed and stopped when complete dispatch was sent.
