OH, IT'S A PERFECT DAY......WELL ALMOST!!!
24th JUNE 20005 1200BST 4652.0000N,02443.0000W,0M+
Clear blue skies broken only by a few "SIMPSON" clouds. The Atlantic a wonderful mix of blue and green with waves of only a metre or so. The wind steady 10 to 15 knts. Sound perfect? Yes well it would be if that steady 10 to 15knts of wind wasn't blowing against us! Still you can't have it all, can ya'. So with boat speed halved and oars and backs creaking under the extra strain, it's onward and Eastward. With these conditions predicted to last the weekend, we won't be getting as many miles as we hoped, but we'll be getting as many as we can. Since yesterdays update we have been stunned by the amount of requests for naked rowing pics. If we can overcome our natural shyness we'll see if we can bring ourselves to bare all, or nearly all, sometime soon. On the subject of BEARS . The plot thickens, with still no sign of "LUCKY", more food and small items of kit have gone missing. We now think we have a break as an informant has come forward offering information. More tomorrow. So while you're lighting the bar'bee at the weekend, spare us a thought. "THIS WEEKEND WE SHALL MOSTLY BE ROWING"
Yours Aye,The Crew.
