SHORT AND SWEET
30th JUNE 2005 1200bst    4729.0000N,01816.0000W,0M
If todays update seems a tad short, we apologise. Westerlies have kicked in and we're bangin' in the miles to make up for lost time, and get back home asap. As we speak the call from the oars is ''we're flyin' Ron''. Ron being Ron Livingstone from The Gazzette up in the North East, who keeps Teeside informed of our progress, and rings us daily. So all good news today, we're all well and lifted by the favourable winds.
Todays image shows Nige doing our regular rudder checks. Can't be too careful.
The crew would also like to send best wishes to Miss Townsend of Colerne Primary School, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISS".
Proceedings in the case of BRIAN and LUCKY BEAR opened today. A plee of NOT GUILTY M'LORD was entered against the charge of "MUTINY". The prosecution [George and Rob,'' yah boo''] asked for the severest penalty, "WALKING THE PLANK". Whilst the defence [Steve and Nige/ the good guys] will be arguing for leniency on the grounds of "A CRIME OF PASSION" More tomorrow when the prosecution will begin their case.

Yours Aye, The Crew.
