NATURALLY BEST ENTERS THE RECORD BOOKS.
10th July 2005 12:00 BST    4829.0000N,00625.0000W,0M
At nine and a half minutes past nine on the morning of July 10th 2005 ''NATURALLY BEST" officially became the fastest ever rowing boat to cross the North Atlantic, West to East. Setting a time of 39 days 22hrs 9 1/2mins, knocking over 15 days off the previous record of 55 days.
A very tired but exhilarated crew would like to say a massive "THANK YOU", to our title sponsor "NATURALLY BEST/VIVALDI", to all our other sponsors too many to name [please check out our web page], and to all our supporters. Last but not least we would like to thank our families for their love, support and patience, we know it can't be easy, can't wait to see you all. You have all been great, we most definately could not have done this without you.
The boys took time to celebrate this "MOMENT IN TIME" with a quick dip in the ocean we'd just crossed enjoy a nice mug of coffee, followed by a hearty breakfast of porridge, as usual. Obviously the main celebrations are on hold till we arrive in Falmouth. On that subject we are back at the oars hard at work, fighting wind and current, to see if it's still possible to make it under our own steam. Always our dream.
Wish us luck, you know we'll do our very best. See you all soon!

On a day of celebration we are pleased to announce ''LUCKY AND BRIAN" have been released, free to go and continue their lives together, after the overwhelming support from yourselves. HAPPY DAYS.

Yours Aye, A Very tired, but happy crew.
