Expedition Tracker On our way November 20 ------------------------ Finally arrived in Patriot Hills in Antarctica after a long delay in Chile. What an amazing place! Hope to be starting our long walk soon so visit often. Thanks to all involved for getting us this far...First days on the ice November 21 ------------------------ The Maidens are on their way but are having a few battery recharging problems. This should be rectified once the solar panel has had a chance to fully replenish the depleted batteries in their phones....Still moving November 22 ------------------------ The Maidens have not phoned today but their Argos beacon is transmitting. They are still on the move but slowly with their heavy sleds and amongst difficult terrain. Remember that they are carrying ev...Cold!! November 23 ------------------------ Still no word from the Ice Maidens but Argos data contiunues to show progress with constant message of On the Plateau November 24 ------------------------ A brief call to Ellie (PR coordinator) by the Maidens, confirmed that they still have battery recharging problems.
