As we getting ready to climb Cho oyo we practiced once more jumaring, rappeling. Photo of Mark Inglis from New Zealand. Mark a double amputee will attempt to climb and ski Cho Oyo.

Advanced base camp. 5665 m. Today we all participated in the Puja ceremony, receving blessing for a safe journey on the mountain. Tomorrow we will start working our way up to camp 1.

Today we hiked to advanced base camp. A superb day along the glacier. ABC is located at 5665 meters just below the north west face. Everybody is doing well.
