Holux GPS Ultra uses 12 parallel satellite-tracking channels for fast acquisition and reacquisition. It also uses trickle power for power saving.Compatible with CONTACT 3.0 GEO. The GPS gives a high speed signal acquisition using 1920 time/frequency search channels. It has a built-in hardware Tracking Loop Processor WAAS/EGNOS Demodulator. Due to Star II/LP chipset it has, it will have a low power consumption. The GPS has a built-in rechargeable battery for memory and RTC backup as well as for fast Time to First Fix (TTFF). Support NMEA0183 v2.2 data protocol and SiRF binary code. It enhanced algorithms-Snap Lock and Snap Start provide superior navigation performance in environments urban, canyon and foliage.
