AC vs Argentina
13 Jan 2005
So much for a rest day, well some slept on. But in the early afternoon a bunch of us gringos took on the Argentinean park rangers at their national sport - soccer. We played on a flattish area of moraine with a ball made from rolled plastic and duct tape. Believe me trying to run around at 4200m is bloody tough. Yes, we did lose, but there will be a rematch next year!

We're off down valley tomorrow for a night under the stars, then onto the bright lights of Mendoza.
