Loading gear

Another early start today. Checking everyone's gear, packing and re-packing into different types of equipment; boat gear, climbing gear, food (and possibly a few bottles of Argentinean red wine).
We walked down the old rattily jetty with its loose planks, past amazing ocean-going yachts looking for the Evohe. Almost to the end we come upon the boat. It’s massive, twice the size of the others. Just as well, because of all the gear we have. Every spare space is utilised. Most of the day was spent packing gear on board and buying last minute items. Tonight we’ll have some time to ourselves before loading the boat tomorrow and heading out to sea…….
