The return to the Drake Passage
27 February 2006
Greetings from the wild and stormy Drake Passage.
As you can see by the photo, the seas are wild, and according to our weather reports, it's just gonna get more wild!
Everyone is slipping and sliding in the boat, laughing as simple tasks become somewhat of a challenge. Ever try to sit on a toilet or cook breakfast with the bathroom or kitchen is rolling at a 40% angle? Makes life interesting to say the least.
We have a few more days in this rollicking piece of ocean. We will then check in upon arrival back to South America.
